Pyranha's take:
Designed specifically for new school Hardcore Freestyle paddling. 6ft2 of the latest design innovation. Use them on steep, dynamic, fast waves, in pourovers and bouncy holes for ollies, hops and big air fast action! Also works great on super shallow spots with unexplored potential. Available in two sizes. The 190 for small to medium paddlers and the 200 for medium to larger paddlers.

(enjoys mostly playboating and rates this boat 10 /10)
pros:The King of Play
cons:If you're at the upper limit (size-wize, not necessarily weight-wise) of those people who can squeeze in this boat, it will be a bit stern heavy
other:The King of Play

(enjoys mostly creeks and rates this boat 9 /10)
pros:Great for arials, loops and all that arial stuff, Real fast spins on flat water
cons:Tough on flatwater (compared to other spud boats), Spins were a little more difficult on the slower waves, ( this could be just me getting used to the boat though).
other:Demo a bunch of spud boats before picking one up. I have talked to many a paddlers who are split between the Riot Air and the Sub 6. Personally I feel this is the best spud boat from 2002, however, a lot a great desings came out this year namely the kingpin and the Air. I felt the air was much better for pulling moves in the flat stuff and bounced higher on the waves, Others found it to be the reverse story. Final tally: DEMO DEMO and DEMO.

pros:This is just a follow up on my last review ( And I do not paddle creeks, that is just a mistake in the last review...Um more pros, let's see, this boat has taught me to loop and aerial blunt, great for stern stalls.
cons:I found the back band slide down during loops, however it is certainly better than the ones found in riot kayaks, but does not mesure up compared to the IR ones and the backbands in the liquid logics.
other:Great boat, and like I said earlier DEMO

(enjoys mostly river running and rates this boat 9 /10)
pros:This boat is sweet, it can do anything. I run class iv and v- rivers in this and take it to the playhole. It loops, cartwheels in flatwater easily, and surfs great.
cons:Backband broke, simple fix. Stern is a little low on volume, no big deal you just have to get used to it.
other:My stats - 5'10", 165lbs, size 10.5 I'm on the lower end of the weight limit but have no problem throwing this thing around in a hole or flatwater. Having had any aerial experience with the boat yet.
