Main use: playboat
Pyranha's take: Designed specifically for new school Hardcore Freestyle paddling. 6ft2 of the latest design innovation. Use them on steep, dynamic, fast waves, in pourovers and bouncy holes for ollies, hops and big air fast action! Also works great on super shallow spots with unexplored potential. Available in two sizes. The 190 for small to medium paddlers and the 200 for medium to larger paddlers.

| pros: | spins increadibly easily. it is good for shallow waves, and holes. it is a flat water playboat also, it is good at river running. |
| cons: | doesnt hold too good of lines in tough stuff, but it is easy to regain the line. it is cramped at the feet. and is wide, so for beginers it is a little more difficult to learn how to roll in. |
| other: | great boat and great company! |

| pros: | Very hoppy, auto blunt forward and backward. Very short tail allows link-ups to be easy |
| cons: | Very slow when not carving. |
| other: | Good on end too for a short boat. |

| pros: | this boat is a loop machine, second weekend in it and i pulled a couple air loops (at penrith, sydney, australia). it was just a matter of lining it up and a bit of body movement and this baby went off. on a beach wave this boat was able to spin on a dime, bit of a paddle stroke and around she went. i'm still working on air blunts but i think that this boat has the goods to bet me there. the seat and thigh braces are sweet, the best i've ever sat in. |
| cons: | this boat is slow when paddling, making it no DR boat. on a wave when just siting straight its slow but once on edge it picks up speed. also this is not a boat for bigger paddlers for the simple fact you want fit. |
| other: | i am about 168cm tall and weigh 63kg, i'm not sure what that works out to in the imperial measurements. i sit in it with the seat about 3/4 forward and only about 2cm padding on the shock bloke. |

| pros: | This thing is fast for a playboat. It spins itself and is very good to get vertical. It's a nice bumpy ride which will be good for looping. Also it fits me perfectly. I am 5foot8 and weigh 140 lbs with a shoe size of 8/8 1/2. I've paddled a lot the playboats out there;Perception Spin, LL Pocket Rocket, Dagger G-Ride, and LL Skip and I like the s6 more than any of them by far. I currently own a P Spin but am buying an s6 asap. I want to test out an s6x but I hear they are harder to paddle. Oh yeah, the ends on this boat are so forgiving for a spud so it will make it easy to learn on as well. All the other boats above have crazy edges and you flip a lot. Let me put it this way: When I was paddling the Spin for a year and a half I was having a hard time surfing and doing cartwheels and even getting into the holes. Now that I am demoing an s6 the boat is practically cartwheeling itself and i am having no problem surfing. I suggest that you demo many boats to see what is best for you but BY FAR the Pyranha s6 has struck me as the best boat out there for me. |
| cons: | I really can't think of any way I'm losing by buying this thing. It's great for class V stuff. One of my friends has an s6x and an s6 and he is keeping the s6 to run the Gauley in. |
| other: | Don't go just by my review be sure to demo this along with other boats. Also, in every single other boat I demoed, my legs got numb. In the 3 hours that I sat in the s6 I didn't even think of being numb. |

| pros: | This boat is a dream to loop due to the power pockets. it is amazing to spin, surf and all around play And i think it is the best looking kayak ever made |
| cons: | It is a tiny bit slow on big waves and it is hard to roll due to its big width. |
| other: | one of the most comfey well outfited boats arround |

| pros: | this boat is great if you fit it. the power pockets, the outfitting, the swallowtail, and it has an excellent edge combined with slicy ends make cartwheels and bow stalls a breeze.(if your the right size) |
| cons: | the footroom. i wear a size 11 shoe, and i had trouble cramming my feet in and paddling for hours on end without my feet going to sleep. its also difficult for someone my size to really control it and throw it around effectively. |
| other: | if you fit this boat, its amazing. im a little under the weight, whenever i would go to cartwheel it, i would feel like i wasnt really sinking the bow deep enough to go vertical and have an impressive cart wheel. it is great for ariel moves though. I weigh about 120, and im around 5'5, so i would recommend someone with a little more weight to paddle it if they are really interested in extreme playboating |
